6. I noticed the average member savings display on the web site changes frequently. How is it calculated?

Answer

The Average Memeber Savings display is the average savings of all plans within DueMinder, across all members. Extremely high and extremely low value plans are excluded, to avoid undue influence by unusual plans. The average is automatically calculated on a periodic basis, several times each day.
